Job Description:

Ideacoil is seeking friendly, energetic and outgoing Community Brand Ambassadors to introduce New Yorkers to a new mobile feedback platform.

Ambassadors will visit approved high-traffic areas throughout New York City and politely invite members of the public to share their opinions on relevant, high-engagement topics. Participants will scan an Ideacoil QR code to access and complete a survey. When applicable, ambassadors may also invite participants to provide a brief five-second video response.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a reliable smartphone with mobile data.
  • Must travel with camera or smartphone that is able to capture Standard 4K/1080p videos.

  • Must be experienced with Google Drive (to upload and submit work)
  • Must be able to stand, walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Must be able to travel to assigned locations throughout New York City.
  • Must communicate professionally and respect a participant's decision not to engage or decline participation, and de-escalate any unexpected situation quickly.
  • Must follow all company procedures for survey validation, video consent and participant privacy.
